Mike Babicz is an associate vice president on Northmarq’s Commercial Investment Sales team based in Seattle. He specializes in acquisition and disposition of office and industrial assets throughout the Pacific Northwest. Mike leverages his market expertise to develop tailored investment strategies for his clients by analyzing market trends and addressing the challenges they face.
Prior to joining Northmarq, Mike spent five years at Marcus & Millichap serving clients in the office and industrial property types. In his first year, he earned the Marcus & Millichap Rookie of the Year Award.
Mike earned a bachelor’s degree in economics with a minor in business administration from Washington State University.
