John Marks is an associate vice president on Northmarq’s Commercial Investment Sales team based in Seattle. He specializes in acquisition and disposition of office and industrial assets throughout the Pacific Northwest, with a focus on the King and Snohomish County markets.
Prior to joining Northmarq, John spent five years at Marcus & Millichap serving clients with office and industrial assets.
John earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Washington. While at UW, John was an active member and the first-ever President of the UW Chapter of the Evans Scholars Foundation — a national scholarship program that provides full tuition and housing to caddies across the nation.
