With more than 13 years of experience, she plays a key role in shaping property positioning, client presentations, digital campaigns, and market materials.
Jestine is known for transforming complex market data and deal narratives into clear, compelling visuals that elevate each assignment. Her responsibilities include proposal development, offering memorandum design, digital strategy, social media, and email marketing. Throughout her four years with Team Vara, she has led major design updates, strengthened digital engagement, and improved internal processes—contributing to greater efficiency and record transaction volume.
Outside the office, she enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling with her family. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from Lewis-Clark State College.
