Jack Hinchcliffe is an associate on Northmarq’s Commercial Investment Sales team in Seattle. Jack is part of The Vara Team, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of industrial properties across the Pacific Northwest. By combining his extensive market knowledge with The Vara Team’s collaborative resources, Hinchcliffe develops tailored investment strategies that address current market conditions and each client’s specific objectives.
Prior to Northmarq, Hinchcliffe spent over a year at Marcus and Millichap serving clients in the office and Industrial property types. Before entering the commercial real estate industry, Jack spent three years as a technical recruiter, where he honed his skills in client relations and strategic problem-solving.
Jack earned his bachelor’s degree in management information systems from Washington State University.
