A current understanding of the market is critical. We maintain an insider’s perspective in the net lease real estate market and can provide ownership entities with current valuation feedback based upon tenant credit analysis, comparable sales, and overall health of the net lease investment market. Our advisory services begin at the Request for Proposal (RFP) stages of a development opportunity. We monitor the valuation of the asset from award date, throughout the construction period, and into rent commencement. Our developer clients are well prepared to monetize the value they have created at the right time.
